Esteban World Tour Watchers of HSN and SVC will be familiar with the Utter Crap that Señor Esteban hawks on the TV.
A group of members on the Acoustic Guitar Magazine forum decided they would buy a guitar together, ship it around to each other, and blog their attempts to play the damn thing.
It's sad how much of the guitar industry is designed to pull one over on the beginning guitarist.
The only thing I ever knew about Esteban was from that goofy Geico commercial he did. In which I was not inspired to take him seriously as a guitarist -- I actually thought at first he was some sort of character they'd dreamed up for the commercial.
