mini Massive Mofirc Meetup: Further details inside and in the link
What: A gathering of #mofirc regulars and irregulars (DaShiv)
When: December 14-17 or there abouts
Where: K-W Ontario with a brief excursion to Toronto for a joint Mefi - Mofi(rc) meetup
Why: For fun and games and booze and food and fun
That you have completely ignored the Rockwood/Fergus area speaks volumes.
To be fair I have no idea where that is... but I apologize for overlooking what I assume is a wonderful and fantastic place.
You might want to do the pre-Toronto meetup (and who in their right mind would want to go to Toronto) at the new Ye's Sushi at King and Northfield. Not this one, the new one.
Just a thought.

Ye's is a good choice, since I work a block from there and have never been.
