Soy sauce for ice cream - from the Japanesians. Also, the often blogged interesting Japanese ice cream flavours.

Hmmm not seen or heard of this.... and I consider myself to be a connoisseur of ice cream toppings...

Sounds good to me. I've been putting nori powder on my vanilla ice cream since I was a small kid. Salty-sweet combo is hard to beat!
