Stroll while you work...
The workstation, which is designed to be used for two to three hours a day, comprises a computer, keyboard and treadmill.
Next up - a report on falling concentration levels in the workplace, and an increase in typos....
-
WANT! WANT! AM EMAILING PAGE TO BOSS! END OF FISCAL YEAR SPENDDOWN IN PROGRESS! WOULD RATHER HAVE THIS THAN NEW COMPUTER! WANT! WANT!
-
Meh I prefer to leave the computer for a bit and ride my new electronic horse...
-
That electronic horse text is worth the price of admission: "Because at a time the one leg it moves, you wipe in addition to large lord muscle and others the joint (the gastrocnemius) activity becomes large..." And you thought hitting the walls and working the middle was tough.
-
Large Lord Muscle. I think I know him.
-
"Fifteen obese volunteers burned an average of 191 calories an hour using the treadmill, compared to 72 calories just sitting at their desk." Hey, I burn 72 calories an hour sitting at my desk? I'm off to get another sammich!
-
I admit I *do* own this piece of equipment and my Lord Large muscle is being very worked out.
-
Large Lord muscle or whatever...
-
-
Why does he have so many arms?
-
'Cause two arms weren't enough to contain all his large muscles.
-
I like how he is wearing no shirt, yet has epaulettes. That's class.
-
Also, his upper right and lower left hands wear gloves, the others do not. This must mean something.
-
It's the wig that does it for me. I may need an action figure. Also, I was thinking about that treadmill thingy, and how I'd be all out of breath when people called me at work. Not sure that'd do.
-
I am unfamiliar with this particular Hindu god.
-
i like how one of the 'lectronic horsie diagrams looks like using it will give you butterflies in your tummy.
-
I finally have an acceptable name for my male appendage.
-
Your left arm?
-
> The workstation How is this any different from a regular treadmill with a breakfast tray attached to hold the keyboard and monitor? > I prefer to leave the computer for a bit and ride my new electronic horse... I want a computer I can use sitting down, but powered by pedalling (a la Gilligan's Island). Actually the more appliances I'd pedal to power the healthier I'd be.
-
Or an elevator powered by a stair-stepping machine.
