Crazy-ass Steve Ballmer's notorious Dance-Monkeyboy-Dance vid turned into an iPod sillhouette routine. Whoooeeeeaaaaah!

I should have mentioned this requires Flash.
My iPod is boned.
As far as I can tell, the "Hold" function is permanently set to on, whether the switch is set to "on" or not. Anyone got any idea what I can do to fix it without sending it back to Apple?
Update: After scanning a few forums, it turns out that the technical solution is "percussive maintenance", or "Banging your iPod on the side of your desk". Ta-daa! It works.
