Steve Jobs wants to end copy protection for online music. This could be controversial, eh?
In related developments, General Motors issued a call for a federal gasoline subsidy.
Jobs may be the only person able to force it through. Someone has to realign recording industry greed with a DRM-free marketplace for it to happen.
