Jill Greenburg's monkey portraits and more, and more.

"By intentionally anthropomorphizing her monkeys, we can’t help but identify with their gaze, and be reminded of people we know, expressions that we have seen before." What do you mean it's a double?

  • Absolutely stunning. The portraits have such personality!
  • I'd like to commission her for work on my van. But first I have to get a van. Maybe a Pontiac Firebird, freshen up the hood. (I keed, I keed -- good find, fish!)
  • I almost got her book for my dad for xmas. Great stuff.
  • I found her work reminiscent of this collection. BTW, Bush sucks.
  • Too bad she didn't put your names on da pictures, guyz. Don't think I don't know who you are, though!
