"Write a book" If you can't get people to read your site, how're you going to get them to read your book? By promoting the book on your site, I'm guessing.

Also, yeah, they're "almost free". It costs "next to nothing" to have custom-made chocolates, brochures, business cards, t-shirts and gift baskets made up!
