Can you teach a gorilla to be a gorilla? This woman is a gorilla mentor in a zoo. But, she doesn't bite toenails.

Well, the article only states that she doesn't bite the baby gorilla's toenails.
What a fascinating (if somewhat tiring and messy) job, though!

How do you make a gorilla, even a baby, submissive?

"Cough," Jones said. "If they bite too hard, we cough. That’s what (adult) gorillas do."

Funny, I just scream excitedly.

Biting toenails doesn't seem so bad. What about all that bum-finger sniffing thing they do?

Sounds like a Bond film!
