I'm sorry, I don't see what's going on in the picture. What are those two dogs doing?
Damn, that did give me the creeps. Wow.
The dogs are supposed to be yowling, growling and making dog noises. They actually appear to be two pitbulls fighting, badly superimposed into a picture of a crappy recording studio, with half-assed attempt at shadows.

You're right. It's a lousy picture. The shadows look like they were grafted from Cartoon Network.
But I guess that might be part of the gag?
