Sums Solve Space-Station Scrape
An interesting read on how astronaught Michael Foale used his thumb and a complicated equation by some Swiss dude to rescue the Mir space station.
Sounds like the place is held together with gaffer tape and chewing gum.

Mir was the best name for a space station ever. We need more things named Mir (it means peace, only prettier).
