This is really quite beautiful. There are many more panoramas like this, in the bottom-right corner.

Yeah, I was about to double-post this. (Which is a small argument for the use of more descriptive post titles, but whatever.) It's a magnificent 360º panorama taken from the top of Everest.

I'm saying the panorama has been quite widely linked to for about that long.
Not that that precludes posting it here -- it's always great to share with those who haven't seen it... but it surprised me that so many were quite suddenly struck by its novelty.
